Description:	Alcare Bitter Aloe Tablets are formulated as a constipation remedy for the relief of occasional constipation, and can be used to detoxify. Recommended dose for adults:Adults: 1 to 2 tablets as a single dose. Children over 12 years: A half to 1 tablespoon as a single dose. Start with a low dose and gradually increase the dose until a laxative effect is produced. Do not use more than 6 tablets for adults and 3 tablets for children. This product generally produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours. Very few indications warrant the use of any laxative beyond one week except on the advice of a doctor for the colon will become lazy and dependent.
