While bathing, massage the areas of cellulite with the Massage Soap.  Then after towel drying, massage the gel into the affected area.  Your body heat will assist the absorption of the gel.  You may experience a slight burning sensation as the cellulite is reduced.  For best results use with each shower.  A good diet, exercise and six glasses of pure water will enhance the elimination of cellulite.
